For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "cashph" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://cashph.app, including all associated services, games, features, and content.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the cashph platform or accesses any part of the cashph service.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the cashph platform.
• "Platform" refers to the cashph website, mobile application, and all related digital interfaces through which gaming services are accessed.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, fishing games, bingo, slots, and any other wagering products available on the cashph platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by cashph.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using actual currency (Philippine Peso / ₱) that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

By accessing the cashph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device or method used to access the cashph platform, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any native mobile applications.

cashph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

To register and maintain an account on the cashph platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
2. You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of cashph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the cashph platform or any affiliated gaming service.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

cashph reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time as part of its KYC process. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cashph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

You agree to notify cashph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. cashph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. cashph reserves the right to treat all transactions and wagers placed through your account as having been made by you.

You must keep your account information up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your address, email, or mobile number — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or account suspension.

You must not use your cashph account for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or international regulations.

Deposits: cashph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by cashph within the timeframes specified below, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms:

• GCash: Typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• PayMaya: Typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. cashph does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which cashph bears no responsibility.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the cashph account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. cashph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

All games available on the cashph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cashph platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Using any strategy or system that cashph determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of the platform or its bonus system.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the cashph platform or its games.

cashph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios with professional dealers operating under regulated conditions.

cashph reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance.

cashph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion terms) before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be made. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and fishing games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account without notice. Unless otherwise stated, the standard bonus validity period is 7 days from the date of credit.
4. One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus winnings is capped at 10x the original bonus amount.
6. cashph's Discretion: cashph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. cashph also reserves the right to disqualify any Player from a promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse or violated these Terms.

cashph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all Players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

cashph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your cashph account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during play that display your session duration and net wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the cashph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming by placing your account in a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

cashph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all funds will be returned (excluding any bonus funds), and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

All content on the cashph platform — including but not limited to the cashph brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of cashph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cashph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any cashph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any cashph content.
• Use any cashph trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the cashph platform.

Any unauthorized use of cashph's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cashph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cashph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software bugs, provided that cashph takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the cashph platform.

cashph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cashph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

cashph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Use of prohibited software or tools on the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings will not be returned upon account closure for breach of these Terms.

You may request the closure of your cashph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the cashph platform or these Terms, you should first contact our customer support team, who will endeavor to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

All complaints must be submitted in writing to our support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

cashph will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case cashph will notify you of the expected resolution timeline.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

cashph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cashph will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the cashph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
