Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
cashph reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time as part of its KYC process. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) cashph account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. cashph employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cashph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
You agree to notify cashph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. cashph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. cashph reserves the right to treat all transactions and wagers placed through your account as having been made by you.
You must keep your account information up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your address, email, or mobile number — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or account suspension.
You must not use your cashph account for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or international regulations.
Deposits: cashph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by cashph within the timeframes specified below, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms:
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. cashph does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which cashph bears no responsibility.
All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the cashph account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. cashph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Anti-Money Laundering: cashph is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. cashph reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML investigation, including providing documentation of the source of funds.
All games available on the cashph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

cashph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit cashph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
cashph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings will not be returned upon account closure for breach of these Terms.
You may request the closure of your cashph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the cashph platform or these Terms, you should first contact our customer support team, who will endeavor to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
All complaints must be submitted in writing to our support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.
cashph will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case cashph will notify you of the expected resolution timeline.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
Dispute Regarding Game Outcomes: In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, cashph's server logs and game records shall be the definitive source of truth. cashph's decision regarding game outcomes, following a thorough review of server records, shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
cashph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cashph will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the cashph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
